Equipment Orientation

An Equipment Orientation will provide you with the necessary information for you to be able to safely operate the cardio and strength training machines. We will give you instructions on how to set programs on the treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, steppers and rowers as well as the use of the Cybex weight equipment. You will meet with one of our qualified staff who will answer your questions about these machines and show you how to set the appropriate seat height or pad positions for you body. Our staff will give you general information about weight selection, repetitions and sets for you to get started in strength training or toning you body. An Equipment Orientation is a great way to get started as a new member. You will gain the confidence you need to begin using the most basic tools for improving your fitness level.
